List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the (type the name of the ship) whereof (type the name of the Captian), is master, from (type the name of the port of departure and any ports of call) burthen (type in the tonage) tons.
Columns represent: given name, surname, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country which they intend to inhabit, accommodation. Or type in whatever columns are on your list. 
   These are not real passengers, I leave them here so you can see the
   spacing.  The numbers are indented to allow for three digit numbers.
   Put your own passengers here and remove these.
