I, Allen Hallet, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Schooner William, whereof I am master from Halifax via Barnstable. LIST OR MANIFEST of all the Passengers taken on board the Schooner William, whereof Allen Hallet is master from Halifax. Burthen 120 61/95 Tons.
Columns represent: Names, Age (years, months), Sex, Occupation, The country to which they severally belong, The country in which they intend to become inhabitants, Died on the voyage.

The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read,
due to quality of original document.
* Jany is an abbreviation for January.
* Jno is possibly an abbreviation for John.
* DC is an abbreviation for Deputy Collector.
Passenger 2: J?y., middle letter is not clear, could be an f. If so,
then Jfy. could be an abbreviation for Jeffrey.
Passengers 1, 2 and 3 (G S McNuth and J?y. and Lucy Guthrie) had a
0 mark in the month column for their age.
Passengers 2, 3, 4 and 5 (J?y., Lucy, Elisa, and H Guthrie) had a
curly brace around them at the end of the Occupation column pointing
to the Scotland in the column indicating The country in which they
severally belong and a "Do" in the next column indicating they all
were intending to become inhabitants of the United States, the same
as the first passenger.
Passengers 4 and 5 (Elisa and H Guthrie) had a "Do" written in the
Occupation column, indicating they had the same occupation as Lucy
Guthrie, or none.
Passenger 5 (H Guthrie) had a 0 mark in the year column for his age.
