Transcriber's Notes:
*Feby is apparently an abbreviation for February.
*The witness, J? Kearney DC: The letter following J appears to be a w, i.e.,
Jw Kearney DC. The DC may be shorthand for Deputy Collector.
*The manifest also included a column to identify those passengers that died
during the voyage. This column is not shown since none of the passengers
were so identified. Additionally, the Age column was broken down into
Years and Months, however, all entries in the Months column were "ditto"
marks, with no numerical entry anywhere, and so this column was not included.
*Passenger H K Smith: No country of origin was indicated, however, a bracket
was used to enclose all passengers from Elizabeth Smith through B D
Hugo, with a notation that their country of origin was Germany. It seems
highly likely that the bracket was intended to include H K Smith.
*Passenger William Smith: No occupation was shown, perhaps because of
his age.
