Transcriber's Notes:

Letters that can't be read are replaced by ?.
No date or signature was entered in the Inspection Officer's statement.
The a in Cala* is written above the line, probably meaning California.
The meaning of the numbers in Remarks is unclear, but on some other lists 
in this port a $ precedes the numerals.
Passenger numbers were added to aid with referencing.
