DISTRICT OF MISSISSIPPI - PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I Jas B Neisbit, master or commander of the Brit.h Brig Planter do solemly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list signed by me and now delivered to the Collector of this district, contains the names of all the passengers, taken on board the said Brig at the port of Belfast or at any time since, and that all matters therein set forth, are according to the best of my knowledge and belief just and true; I do further swear that none of the said passengers have died on the voyage.

Transcriber's Notes:

The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder.

* Passenger numbers added to aid with referencing.

* Brit.h Brig Planter, the 'h' is written as superscript above the period, 
  as an abbreviation for "British."

* As there were no births or deaths recorded during the voyage, the "Number that 
  have died on the passage" column has been eliminated.

 1-2 Gentm? is written as the word "Gent" followed by an 'm' which extends out into a line,
     as an abbreviation for "Gentleman."
 2 Jas Jackson -- abbreviation for "James"
 3 Ths Boyd -- abbreviation for "Thomas"
 4 Jn Boyd -- abbreviation for "John"
 5 Robt Boyd, (abbreviation for "Robert") no occupation given, probably due to age
 6 Mary Boyd, no occupation given, probably due to age
 7 E. Connolly, no occupation given, probably due to age
