DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Hall Master of the Steam Ship Pennsylvania do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List of Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Steam Ship at Liverpool from which port said SShip has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died. So help me God.

25  Joya, ???? possibly begins with Th, maybe Thomas

30  ????? Totally unreadable.  First name might begin with an H.
31  M???? Unreadable.
33  Matth???, possibly Matthews.
39  Mili ?????, possibly Th for first two letters, 
40  ????? Malachi, unreadable last name, could begin with N or W, may 
    end in d or a.
41  ?har?e Eliza, first letter is either L, S, Y, or G.
42  ?Lallcross, First letter looks like a Y, L, G, or S, followed what 
    looks like a capital L.
51  Walters G???ge, maybe George.

December 16, 1868, therefore, even though there is no date on the
