I, Charles L. Rigby Master of the Nevada do solemly, sincerely and truly that the following List or Manifest, subcribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfe ct list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Nevada at Liverpool from which port said Nevada has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel oc cupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage , and the names and ages of those who have died. * Passenger # 33, an X was marked to the left of his passenger number with
a C immediately above the X. Two possible signatures appear next to the
C and the X in illegible writing.
* Passenger # 41, T L Maken could be T Y Maken
The numbering of the passengers has been transcribed as it was written,
and not an error on the part of the transcriber.
There were no deaths recorded on this passage, therefore the "died on the
voyage" collumn has been eliminated.
Also I believe, from the manner in which they were written, the following
abbrieviations were used for first names:

Jso = Joseph
Jas = James
Geo = George
Thos = Thomas
Ml = Michael
Benjm = Benjamin
Edw = Edward
Alfd = Alfred
Chas = Charles
