Transcriber's Notes:
*Parts of the top page of the Manifest were apparently torn off.
The words in parentheses in the sworn statement are suppositions
derived from previous experience with lists and parts of words still
available on the document.
*All passengers were born in Ireland, last lived in Ireland, and had
allegiance to Great Britain. These columns were not added to the
transcription to save space.
? Question marks denote a letter or letters illegible to the transcriber.
* Passenger numbers added for ease in referencing.
Correspondence 8-7-02 passenger Wilkinson (see more correspondence below)
I am a direct descendent of William and Jane Wilkinson through their
son Robert. Until now, we only knew they came from Donegal Co Ireland and
that they died in Salt Creek Township, Tama County, Iowa. More about that
later.
Robert Wilkinson married Mary T who was born in Indiana. Their son, Bert
Adelbert Wilkinson, b 4 Jul 1868, Tama Co, Iowa, married 9 Dec 1891, in
Spirit Lake, Dickson County, Iowa, to Agusta Peterson b 1872 in Denmark.
Bert and Agusta Wilkinson's son Archie Severn b 11 June 1893, Gowrie,
Webster, Iowa married Geneveve Ostheimer b 20 Aug 1898 in Pleasant Township,
Hardin County, Iowa.
Archie and Geneveve Wilkinson's son Wallace Archie Wilkinson b 25 Feb 1923
in Clairion, Iowa married Pauline Marjorie Etienne b 1 Sep 1925 in Wilmette,
Cook, Illinois.
Wallace Wilkinson was a test pilot for the U. S Navy for over 20 years.
Archie Wilkinson worked for the rail road and retired with a pension. I
believe all previous Wilkinsons were farmers in Iowa. Sandy Blandford
