DISTRICT OF NEW YORK – PORT OF NEW YORK
I, John W. Sadler, master of the State of Indiana do solemnly, sincerely, and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collections District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said State of Indiana at Glasgow & Larne from which Port said State of Indiana has now arrived; and that on the said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of the said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who have died.  8 Passenger Richard B?en????. Name may be "Brenam" or "Bienarn".    
 9 Passenger Joseph Gloch?????. Name appears to be "Glochorasez" or    
   "Glochorasey".    
11-19 Surname may be "Frummel" or "Frasanel".    
13 Passenger C?a? Fru??el. Name appears to be "Chau" or "Chaie", possibility    
   of being "Clair". Sex is written "M", but with designation of "Wife",    
   passenger may be considered to be Female.    
14 Passenger Hen?? Fru??el. Name appears to be "Hendee" or "Hendes".    
23 Passenger Wolf M?helski. Name may be "Mehelski".    
25 Passenger Owen Hoghe. Occupation may be "mercer" or "murer"    
43-44 Passengers Mr. and Mrs. Hen????.  Name may be "Hendee" or "Henclee".
