***** Transcribers notes *********
1. Original list is unnumbered; passengers have been numbered sequentially to aid with referencing.
2. Passenger #28 - First name is smudged and letters from the name below it make it difficult to decipher.
It is possible that the first letter is 'F', 'S' or 'G'. The last two letters appear to be either 'on' or 'ou'.
My best guess at the actual name would be SIMON.
3. Passenger #53 - Last name clearly starts with a 'D'. Following may be a 'u' with umlaut. The passenger belows name
runs into this in such a way that it is impossible to tell whether the third letter is a 'g' or an 'a'.
4. Passenger #60 - the 2nd through 4th letter were overwritten, perhaps to correct spelling. It may be 'chu' making the
actual name SCHUTARLE, but I am not sure. Occupation is spelled SADLER, perhaps mispelling for 'saddler'.
5. Passenger family #61 through #66 may be 'BILSKE' the 2nd and third letters run together and may be 'il'. There is a
circle above the second letter, as opposed to a dot. The letter 'i', throughout this manifest is dotted.
6. Passenger #108 is documented as a laborer, possibly in error.
7. Saloon Passenger #113 - missing 2 letters may be 'ia' or 'is' making the surname 'BROADBEIAT' or "BROADBEIST', the 'ia' combination
seems more likely.
8. Saloon Passenger #124 - May be EDWD as in Edward but the end of the name is little more than a wavy line.
