The original manifest passengers were not numbered; numbers were added to make transcriber's notes easier to deal with. The column for death was not included since no deaths were reported. ? was put in place of a letter that could not be positively determined Not all occupations were given. * sincerly and truly ?- ? is usually swear Saloon Passenger 1 letter most likely a K Saloon Passenger 4 letter most likely a K Saloon Passenger 6 letter could possibly be a g Saloon Passenger 7 occupation could be merchant Saloon Passenger 9 occupation looks like Gent Saloon Passenger 15 occupation could be merchant Steerage Passenger 26 appears to be infant Steerage Passenger 40 occupation probably Joiner Steerage Passenger 42 it is possible this the same surname as passenger 41 Steerage Passenger 43 appears to be an I or J Steerage Passenger 44 appears to be an I or J Steerage Passenger 47 most likly a K
