Research indicates this is Panama City. The pages on this film are not numbered so finding a particular ship can be difficult. However, there appears to be a system of numbering the manifests. These numbers are included in the identification of the film and reel numbers below. The lists for Chinese and non-Chinese passengers were recorded and filmed separately. The arrival dates on the two separate lists are not always the same. The date on the Chinese list is not technically the date of arrrival so this may account for any discrepancy. There are no entries for the following columns: No of Certificate, Height, Complexion, Color of Eyes, Physical marks, If accredited oficers of Chinese Government, state facts. Passenger Notes: 1-4 are listed as in transit to Hong Kong. 1-3 Transferred, departed for Hong Kong per SS Peru May 13, 1893. 2 The first name is Pau or Pan. 4 Landed "I.T." Transit List 2221
