Transcriber's Notes:

The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder.
The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to
  quality of original document.

* in the sworn statement indicates that the space was left unfilled

Gent could be Gentry or Gentleman
Mcht could be Merchant

2 Chs A Ba??? looks like Baine, Baiml, Baeml, Baim, or Bain.
4 N F Miller 'none' was handwritten in occupations column and not left blank.
 5 C Kro??manschap the first ? looks like an o or u and the second ? looks like an h or p.
18 Jas Litton, Jr.* The country to which he severally belongs is US when the other 2 Litton's,
who appear to be his parents, is England.
20 C Gatter?hwaile the ? looks like an uncrossed t.
29 J C Gearl? the last letter comes up like making a cursive b, not sure if it is a letter,
could just be the finish of the l.
34 Nn Ridgeway* 'none' was handwritten in occupations column and not left blank.
37 ? ? Yeoman the first ? looks like an I or J, the middle initial looks like a lower
case S, the 2 letters are not connected, but is possible it could be Is.
39 St Bari?????? looks like Bariorchid, Banorchit, it really isn't clear,
    many possibilities
55 Nm Mur??tt the 2 ??'s could be an h, but the front part of the h goes down below the
line, it looks like a combination of a p and h in the same letter.
61 R ? Byrne looks like a J or G.
72-73 R T Cu??ett/ Mrs Cu??ett looks like 2 r's or a single n.
76 A??erbach looks like Ainerbach, could be Awerbach.
