Additional information on some of these passengers can be found in
"George T. Bates, The Great Exodus of 1749", in Collections of The Nova
Scotia Historical Society. A description of all of Bates comments from all

*Gender - while all but one passenger were listed as males,
many were accompanied by their wives, children and servants.
The only female passenger was #912, Ann Medlicot, a midwife.
*Ship - all were aboard the Everly.
*Year - 1749
*Master - John Dutchman
*Destination - all were destined for Halifax.

I think I may have found a link to my tree. Daniel Steward, on the
Everley could possibly be the father of a David Steward born in 1778, I
have been looking for. Nancy Steward
